The NCPA Board of Directors is proposing several changes to the NCPA by-laws to: 1. Allow for electronic balloting for officer elections and for by-laws amendments. 2. Add the Colleague Assistance Task Force as a standing committee. Every voting member was mailed a ballot for the by-laws changes on June 15, 2007. The ballots are due no later than July 16, 2007.
