  • Colleague Assistance Helpline

    Confidential peer support is just a phone call away. The Helpline offers psychologists a safe space to discuss personal or professional stressors and access resources that promote well-being.


    The scope of the one-on-one peer consultation assistance includes:


    Personal well-being issues (ranging from self-care to impairment due to substance use, all as related to providing best practice);

    Professional stressors as they relate to client/patient work;

    Management of relationships with colleagues; and

    Other work setting issues.

  • Ethics Consultations

    Get practical guidance when ethical questions arise. Members can consult with experienced colleagues to navigate dilemmas and uphold the highest professional standards.

  • Insurance SWAT Team Questions

    Have a challenging insurance or reimbursement issue? The NCPA Insurance SWAT Team provides expert insights and real-world strategies to help you resolve coverage or billing concerns efficiently.

  • Leadership Formation Academy

    Develop your leadership skills and expand your professional impact. This program helps members grow as advocates, mentors, and association leaders within the field of psychology.

  • Listservs

    Connect with peers across a range of interests through NCPA’s member listservs, including:

    • General advice from other members about psychological topics, areas, and issues.
    • Questions about the business of practice building and maintenance (with the exception of service fees).
    • Discussion regarding research, publications, and issues pertinent to psychological research and practice.
