Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Forensic Psychology

MECKLENBURG COUNTY'S department of Criminal Justice Services is recruiting a Post-Doctoral Fellow for the 2019-2020 year.

This is a full-time, salaried position within the Forensic Evaluations Unit.  Median salary for this position is $48,000.00, plus full benefits including funding for relocation expenses, licensing exam fees and continuing ed.

Starting date is flexible, with the potential to begin the fellowship within the next 30 days. Applicants must have completed their doctoral degree program by start date and be eligible to peruse North Carolina licensure as a doctoral-level psychologist. Experience working with adolescents is required; prior experience with forensic psychology is strongly preferred.

FAYETTEVILLE- Community Behavioral Healthcare of Cape Fear Valley Medical Center is seeking a full time Senior Psychologist.  One to two years experience with psychological assessment and therapy required. Experience in a medical setting required; experience in a mental health setting preferred. Written and verbal ability, and good interpersonal skills necessary to understand and present information in communicating with patients, families, co-workers and physicians. Ability to evaluate as well as interact with pediatric, adult and geriatric patients. Demonstrates ability to multitask; shows a pleasant and welcoming demeanor when interacting with others.
