About
About me: I am a widower; I have one son, Ben, born in 1986. I was raised in Ohio; I am a graduate of The Ohio State University & an avid Buckeye fan. I have been involved in music in one way or another over most of my life...I grew up singing & playing piano & later guitar. I started college as a music major but switched to psychology as a career choice. During graduate school I stopped most musical involvement & remained uninvolved for about 20 years. I became involved in music again after I saw the positive effect music has on patients in senior living & long-term care settings. I now enjoy working with seniors & chronically infirm, staying in shape, canoeing, reading & playing music.
