About

About me: I am a later-life PhD retiring from a long consulting career to focus on helping and teaching others. My focus is on promoting self-care and wellness using self-discovery tools and techniques. I provide pre-surgical evaluations for clients facing a variety of medical procedures. I also provide forensic services related to competency, guardianship, and selected court-ordered therapies. My research focus has been on managing emotional dysregulation using heuristic tools based on the neurodynamics of personality. I have keen interest in biofeedback, neurofeedback, and behavioral analysis.
