Downtown Psychology

About

About me: I’m a Licensed Psychologist with a private practice in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina, offering both in-person sessions at my office and telehealth appointments for your convenience. I am also PSYPACT-credentialed, which allows me to provide telehealth services to clients in participating states across the U.S. With a background in the assessment and treatment of learning, attentional, and behavioral difficulties, I bring years of expertise in understanding neurodiversity and supporting individuals across the lifespan. My advanced training in ACT Therapy informs my practical, collaborative, and problem-focused approach. While I have spent much of my career conducting neuropsychological assessments, my current practice focuses on working with ADHD and Autistic adults, as well as high school and college students. I have a particular passion for helping those navigating executive dysfunction, and while I offer coaching, my approach is not about “productivity hacking” or grind culture—I value rest, balance, and self-compassion as essential parts of growth. I strive to create a safe, inclusive space where clients feel understood and supported. I’m passionate about providing gender-affirming care and working with LGBTQIA+ clients, including trans teens and young adults. Whether you’re exploring identity, building strategies for daily life, or seeking support in a world that doesn’t always accommodate neurodiversity, I’m here to help you thrive—on your own terms. Specialties: ADHD, Autism, executive dysfunction, ACT Therapy, gender-affirming care, and support for LGBTQIA+ clients.
