About me: Individual adult psychotherapy, specializing in: * Written Exposure Therapy for PTSD and other trauma-related disorders (5 sessions). * Adult ADHD (evaluations and psychotherapy). * Mood disorders: Major Depressive Disorder, Persistent Depressive Disorder (dysthymia), Bipolar I and Bipolar II (must also see a psychiatrist or PMHNP for bipolar disorders). * Anxiety disorders: Generalized Anxiety Disorder & Panic Disorder. * Cannabis moderation or cessation. I do not accept insurance. In-person or telehealth (if appropriate) or both. I will provide a statement of charges with CPT codes (sometimes called a superbill) if you have out-of-network benefits, but payment in advance is required (cash or credit/debit card). Initial and subsequent 60-minute sessions, $240; 45-minute sessions, $180, 30-minute sessions, $120. Forensic evaluation & consultation. (Parenthetical comments indicate from whom I accept referrals.) * Psychological injury (plaintiff or defense). * Employment-related: + Fitness-for-Duty (company, agency, or employee). + ADA accommodation (company, agency, or employee). + Sexual or Racial Harassment (company, agency, or employee). + Workers Compensation (employee/claimant, employer, or insurance company). * Guardianship - civil competency (directly for the Clerk of Court, or, as long as the Clerk approves, from Wards, Guardians, Respondents, or Petitioners). * Disability: + LTD insurance (insurance company or employee) + Veterans service-connected disability (compensation & pension) - complex cases only (the VA does not hire private evaluators outside of their contracted examiner program, so I work either for attorneys representing a veteran or directly for the veteran in select cases. $240/hour or a negotiated flat fee. Insurance companies do not pay for forensic psychological evaluations. The term "forensic" in this context simply means legally related. Forensic evaluations help answer legal questions.
