About me: I moved to Raleigh in 2023. Prior to that I had a private practice in Charlotte for 12 years and Dallas, TX for 11 years. I love to see college students and adults who are living with depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, substance use, relationship issues and life transitions. I work with individuals , couples and families to leverage strengths, overcome challenges and move into a more authentic and satisfying way of living. Everyone is welcome in this space.
